There are a lot of reasons we’re motivated by the start of the week and with #MotivationMonday currently trending whether it’s from the Olympics or the almost official start to summer, we are excited to share a few of our tips for staying motivated at the start of the week.
Recognize Why You’re Feeling Unmotivated: Often times, we fall into an unmotivated state of mind when we have too much going on in our lives. When we get overwhelmed with stressful circumstances, it’s easy to become disorganized and disorganization can lead to lots of frustration and discouragement. When you find yourself falling down this spiral, try taking on less and minimize your workload to the things you enjoy doing.
Reduce Your Responsibilities: Think about what you absolutely need to accomplish, and don’t beat yourself up for what you can’t. Reducing your responsibilities to things you must take care of, and ideally are also passionate about will help ease the discomfort of feeling overwhelmed and encourage you to get out of bed with ease in the mornings.
Do Something You Love/Take Time for Yourself: Maybe it starts with a morning walk or run, or just taking five extra minutes to enjoy a coffee/tea. Whatever you decide to, do something you love in the morning, or carve out time for it during your day. Life is too short to be doing things you don’t love.

Happy Motivation Monday!
